Shopping Check out
1.Select the quantity on the item page.
2. Click "Add to Cart.
3. Continue to purchase other items.
4. After selecting all the items, click the "My Shopping Cart" option to enter the checkout page.

Fill in the information and pay
Fill in the correct and detailed member information and recipient information, and click "Confirm Send" after completion.

Order completed
Your order will be established after the payment is completed.
Then, you will receive the order establishment letter in your email immediately.

The validity period of the order is 3 days.
If there is no preliminary notification and no remittance or transfer, the order will be not valid.
If you need to purchase another product.
Please place an order again.

Please remit the money after placing an order.

You must complete the remittance procedure within three days from the date of placing the order.
The order will be canceled when the payment procedure is not complete in a limited time.

After you complete the ordering procedure, the system will send an "Order Confirmation Notice" to your EMAIL mailbox. Please confirm that the order content is correct first.

After confirmation, please "pay" or "transfer" to the designated bank transfer account.
We will arrange packing and shipment immediately after confirming the payment is successful.

Shop Cash on Delivery
Choose "Shop Cash on Delivery " as the payment method. Please complete the pick-up procedure within seven days from the arrival of the goods for orders.


1. The customer receives the arrival message of the goods and goes to the convenience store to collect them.
2. Pay and collect parcels at the counter.
3. Please complete the order after confirming that the amount and items are correct.

"General Member” Invoice Issuing
After the order is established and paid, we will issue an invoice immediately.
Pack the goods together and deliver them to the receiving address you specified.

3、Shipment
1. Offline home delivery Taiwan
The total amount of goods ordered exceeds NT $20,000 (inclusive), free of freight.
Customers are required to pay NT $150 for shipping under NT $20,000.
2. Offline home delivery Taiwan outlying Islands(Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu)
The consumer must pay the freight of NT $350 for ordering goods.
3. In-store pickup. No payment.
If you choose to pick up the goods from the convenience store, the consumer should pay the freight of NT $80.


Shipping instructions
The online order and the payment are complete.
We will deliver the goods to your address in the working days after the payment is complete.

To protect the integrity of the goods, we will properly pack the goods you ordered.
Please open the box immediately and check to confirm the integrity of the goods after receiving the goods.

The delivery and arrival time is according to the delivery announcement by Uni-President Logistics Company.

Your order status shows as dispatched.
All packages can use the order number to SHYANG YIH LOGISTICS company website inquiry and distribution status.

In case of the following factors, the arrival time will arrange according to individual circumstances:
 
* The quantity of product orders is insufficient.
The goods need to transfer separately.
The customer service staff will notify you to confirm the delivery time.
* If the information of the order or recipient is incomplete, the arrival time will be arranged after confirmation by the customer service staff.
* If you use the membership rights, but you are unqualified.
The customer service will confirm it before arranging the arrival time for you.
* In case of typhoon, earthquake, and other irresistible factors, the goods will ship within the working days. The actual arrival time is according to the logistic company.
* The arrival time during the Lunar New Year or continuous holidays is mainly based on the website announcement.
* If there have any special conditions that are not listed, the customer service will contact and explain individually.

4、 After-sales service
Return
If you want to return goods, you need to contact the customer service staff at the official LINE or fill out the return and exchange in 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods (including national holidays), and the customer service staff will handle it for you as soon as possible.
Please note that the contents of the returned goods must maintain the integrity of all goods, gifts, accessories, packaging, and accompanying documents.
If there is a physical invoice, it must be returned together with the invoice.
Otherwise, MONGOLIAN has the right to refuse your refund request.
Please measure the size by yourself before placing an order. The helmet belongs to personal products. If the helmet is tried on, it is not allowed to change.
